In short: we only collect what we need to deliver your sessions, courses and emails, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to see or delete it at any time.

1. Who we are

Lewin Consulting is a trading name of The Lewin Group LTD (company number 16731638), 103 Ferdinand Magellan Court, 5 Clipper Street, London E16 2XE. We are the data controller for the personal information described here.

2. What we collect

Contact details – your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number and business name.
Purchase details – what you bought, when, and your billing country. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Booking and intake information – your session time and the answers you give in our pre-session intake form, including any emails or pitches you choose to share.
Messages – anything you send us by email, WhatsApp, Instagram or our website forms.
Website usage – basic information about how you use our site, collected through cookies and similar technology (see section 6).

3. How we use it

To take payment, deliver what you bought and send receipts and invoices.
To book, prepare for and run your sessions, courses and masterclasses.
To reply to your messages and give support.
To send you emails about our programmes and resources, where you have signed up or agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
To understand how our website and adverts perform, so we can improve them.
To keep the business and tax records the law requires.

4. Our legal reasons

We use your information to perform our contract with you, to meet our legal obligations (for example tax records), for our legitimate interests in running and improving our business, and with your consent for marketing emails and non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.

5. Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to run the business. They only process your information on our instructions:

Stripe – payments, invoices and receipts.
Calendly – session booking.
Google (Forms and Workspace) – intake forms and email.
Klaviyo – email marketing and website sign-up forms.
Meta (Instagram, WhatsApp and Meta Pixel) – messaging and advert measurement.
Zoom – online sessions.
Netlify – website hosting.

Some of these providers store data outside the UK. Where they do, they use approved safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. We never sell your personal information.

6. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to make it work, to show sign-up forms (Klaviyo) and to measure our adverts (Meta Pixel). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.

7. How long we keep it

We keep purchase and invoice records for six years, as UK tax law requires. Intake forms and session notes are kept for as long as you are a client and for up to two years afterwards. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict your personal information, object to how we use it, or receive a copy of it. Email paige@lewinconsulting.co.uk and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
